Release of Western Pygmy Perch into Bunbury City Waterways
Each release consisted of approximately 50 specimens , unless otherwise stated. A variety of sizes was included in each sample, adults and juveniles. This will increase the chance of establishing a population in the new pond as the fish usually only live for three years.
Our school has a licence to use Animals For Scientific Purposes, Licence No. U20/2006-2007 issued under the Animal Welfare Act 2002.
